Refund Policy
This policy explains refunds for the Knora One lifetime desktop license. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Global orders processed by Paddle
Paddle.com sells and processes global orders as Merchant of Record. You may request a refund using the order-management link in your receipt or through Paddle Buyer Support. Eligibility and processing times are governed by Paddle's refund policy and applicable law.
Product issues
For duplicate charges, failure to deliver an entitlement, or a material product defect, contact libra085925@gmail.com with your order number, purchase email and a description of the issue. We will help diagnose the problem and coordinate with Paddle where needed.
Effect of a refund
If an order is fully refunded, reversed or subject to a confirmed chargeback, the Knora One desktop entitlement associated with that order will be revoked. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider.
How to request a refund
Contact libra085925@gmail.com for product support. For a global Paddle order, you may also visit paddle.net and choose refund support. Never send card numbers, complete payment credentials or passwords by email.
