Terms and Conditions
Knora One is operated by Beijing Yaoxin Yunqi Technology Development Center, a sole proprietorship registered in Mainland China. By purchasing or using the product, you agree to these terms.
License
A lifetime desktop purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Knora One on your compatible devices. We retain account, order and entitlement records.
Local data
Knora One is local-first. You are responsible for storing, syncing and backing up your libraries, and must not write to the same library from multiple devices at once.
Payment and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all global orders. Paddle provides payment-related customer service and handles returns. Taxes, receipts and refund handling are governed by the checkout disclosures and Paddle records.
Delivery and updates
After successful payment, the lifetime desktop entitlement is delivered to the Knora One account used for purchase. It permanently unlocks full desktop write access on supported platforms. Product features, updates and operating-system compatibility may change between releases.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass licensing, payment or security controls, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Termination and changes
An entitlement linked to a refunded order, confirmed chargeback, fraud or material breach may be revoked. Material changes will be published on this site.
