Local first and offline writable

Content stays in your local library. With a valid local license state, you can work on local content offline.

What you can do

Local storage

The library contains the database, assets, thumbnails and derived caches.

Local work

When files are present and write access is allowed, editing does not require sending content to a server.

Online services

Signing in, purchasing, refreshing a license and checking releases require a connection.

Getting started in the app

  1. Sign in online and activate a trial or refresh your purchased license.
  2. Make sure your material is fully available on this device.
  3. Work on local content offline. Reconnect to refresh if the app reports an expired license credential.

Scope and limitations

A permanent license and the validity of a local license credential are different. Offline use does not mean verification is never needed. Cloud placeholder files cannot be previewed offline.

These are desktop app features. The website does not open or edit your local library. Available controls depend on your installed version.
