Field types
Use text, numbers, ratings, booleans, dates, date-times, enums, tags and JSON fields.
Covers and references
Fields can represent cover images or single and multiple asset references.
Defaults and presentation
Configure defaults and suitable display settings, such as stars or numbers for ratings.
Getting started in the app
- Open template management and create or select a template.
- Add fields and configure names, types and appropriate defaults.
- Use the template when organizing material and enter each asset's actual values.
Scope and limitations
Defaults must match field types, and enum defaults must match an option. Templates still used by assets cannot be deleted directly. Templates do not automatically supply factual content.
These are desktop app features. The website does not open or edit your local library. Available controls depend on your installed version.
